Job Summary
Responsible for supervising daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate recording, reconciliation, reporting, and control of financial transactions across the recreation park/waterpark, including ticketing, F&B, retail, events, and other revenue-generating activities.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily Finance & Accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash management, and bank reconciliation.
Monitor and reconcile daily revenue from ticketing, F&B outlets, retail, parking, events, and other operating activities.
Ensure daily sales reports are properly reconciled with cash, bank/card/EDC, online payment, and other payment channels.
Review and control cash handling, cashier transactions, petty cash, deposits, and cash collection procedures.
Monitor accounts receivable, outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue balances.
Review invoices, payment requests, journal entries, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Coordinate with Operations, Ticketing, F&B, Procurement, and other departments regarding financial transactions and discrepancies.
Monitor food, beverage, merchandise, and operational inventory, including stock movement, usage, variance, and adjustments.
Support cost control and expense monitoring, identifying unusual variances and potential cost-saving opportunities.
Assist in monthly closing activities, including account reconciliation, accruals, provisions, and supporting schedules.
Prepare and provide regular financial reports, revenue analysis, and operational financial reports to management.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records for audit and tax purposes.
Assist with internal and external audits and ensure follow-up on audit findings.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation requirements, internal controls, and company policies.
Supervise, coach, and develop Finance & Accounting team members to ensure effective and accurate daily operations.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in waterpark, amusement park, recreation, hospitality, F&B, retail, or other high-volume consumer businesses.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, cash management, and reconciliation.
Experience handling high-volume daily transactions and multiple payment channels.
Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, integrity, and understanding of internal controls.
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced operational environment.
