Mandarin Translator

A Mandarin Translator is responsible for 

• Accurately translating written and spoken content from Mandarin to English/ Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa.

• Interpret verbal conversations and meetings between Mandarin and English/ Bahasa Indonesia speakers.

• Collaborate with other translators and proofreaders to ensure consistency and accuracy in translations.

• Conduct research and stay updated on industry-specific terminology to provide accurate translations.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

• Adapt translations to target audience and cultural nuances to ensure effective communication.

• Provide language support and assistance to Mandarin-speaking employees or clients.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and understanding between Mandarin and English speakers.

You must have the following to hold the position.

• A Bachelor degree of Chinese language university graduate or related.

• 3-5 years experience in Chinese speaking work environment with writing ability in Mandarin. Fresh graduate with HSK5 level of Mandarin is welcome to apply.

• Fluent in Indonesia, Mandarin and English.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well in a team, and willing to grow the career within the company.

• Willing to work at Jababeka, Cikarang area.
