Supervisor Store Semarang
What You’ll Do:
Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets
Ensure excellent customer service and a premium shopping experience
Maintain store visual standards according to brand guidelines
Manage stock levels, daily operations, and staff schedules
Provide coaching and feedback to team members for performance improvement
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail or a similar role
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Passion for fashion and customer service excellence
Energetic, proactive, and result-oriented
