Job Description
Lead and manage feasibility studies to support school expansion and new site development initiatives.
Develop and monitor financial analysis, business projections, and investment considerations for new projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial structure, funding, and feasibility of new site development.
Conduct market analysis to identify target markets, business opportunities, and profitability potential of Cikal’s services.
Monitor the progress of new site development projects and ensure alignment with the expansion plan and timeline.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships, including identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and maintaining post-deal relationships.
Provide data-driven business insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in business development, business management, strategy, consulting, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial, market, or feasibility analysis.
Experience in feasibility studies, business planning, or product/service development.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Self-motivated, proactive, and demonstrates a lifelong learning mindset.
