Assistant Sales Manager (Mandarin Speaker) - Sulawesi

Job Description:

1. Support the Regional Manager in handling sales operations across Sulawesi & East Indonesia

2. Maintain communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders (HQ / management)

3. Monitor dealer performance and support achievement of sales targets

4. Build and maintain good relationships with dealers and partners

5. Conduct regular visits to ensure sales execution and product availability

6. Support sales programs, promotions, and product launches

7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
   

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any major

2. 3–5 years of experience in sales (automotive / retail preferred)

3. Fluent in Mandarin is a must.

4. Good communication and coordination skills

5. Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

6. Willing to travel frequently

7. Having a driving license (SIM A/C) is a plus
