Assist the PL Supervisor in carrying out daily Post Larvae (PL) production activities according to production plans and established procedures.
Monitor and maintain water quality parameters to support optimal shrimp health and growth.
Conduct regular health monitoring and visual inspections to identify signs of stress, disease, or abnormalities in shrimp.
Perform daily monitoring and maintain accurate records of feed consumption, water quality, chemical usage, production activities, and other relevant parameters.
Promptly report any production, water quality, health, or operational issues to the supervisor.
Support and implement biosecurity procedures throughout the hatchery operation.
Monitor shrimp health status and record any abnormalities or findings during the production process.
Ensure daily activities are carried out in compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and quality standards.
Contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement.
preferably from Aquaculture, Fisheries, Biology, or related fields.
Experience in shrimp hatchery, aquaculture, or Shrimp Farm is preferred.
Basic understanding of shrimp health, water quality, feeding, and hatchery operations.
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment and follow standard operating procedures.
Good attention to detail, especially in monitoring and recording production data.
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and willing to learn.
Be willing to work with Roster System
