Qualification
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineer Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Purchasing Staff, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Able to read and understand technical drawings.
Experience in sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, and procurement processes.
Familiar with SAP RISE/FIORI or other SAP procurement modules.
Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to work in Karawang.
