Requirements:
- Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in an HSE role, preferably in a project/site or industrial setting.
- HSE certifications such as General OHS (K3), SMK3, or other safety training are preferred.
- Good understanding of local HSE regulations and standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Willing to be based at project site locations and conduct field activities.
- Strong communication skills, assertive, yet solution-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs at the site.
- Ensure project/site activities comply with safety standards and procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections, prepare HSE reports, and follow up on findings.
- Deliver safety induction and training to employees, vendors, and site visitors.
- Coordinate with operational teams and external parties on HSE-related matters.
- Assist in investigating incidents/accidents and provide corrective action recommendations.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting in line with company standards and legal requirements.
