Requirements:
Bachelor degree any Major
Proficient in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
Strong details and analytical skills
Broad range of computer skills : Ms. Office (Word, Excel)
Experience in handling international trade documentation is preferred
Familiar / Experience with SAP system operations is preferred
Job Descriptions:
Assist in processing and reviewing documents related to imports, exports, re-exports, letter of credit, remittance, and document release.
Assist in handling document-related issues with suppliers and buyers.
Input data into the SAP system.
Review invoices, receipts and arrange payments.
Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
