Kualifikasi dan Keahlian:
Pendidikan minimal D3 Teknik Sipil atau Manajemen Konstruksi dengan IPK 3.00
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang sejenis
Memiliki kemampuan membaca gambar, struktur bangunan, dan perhitungan volume
Memahami dasar-dasar estimasi construction cost
Mahir mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Memeriksa kelengkapan dokumen tagihan kontraktor dan monitoring status pembayaran kepada kontraktor
Menyiapkan Surat Perintah Kerja (SPK) tepat waktu dan monitoring masa berlaku kontrak
Menyiapkan kelengkapan dokumen tender, surat tagihan, surat konfirmasi pembayaran, serta dokumen pendukung lainnya
Berkoordinasi dengan notaris terkait proses PPJB, AJB, dan dokumen legal lainnya
