Aftersales Service Supervisor (Valve)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Petroleum).
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related field.
Strong knowledge of valve products and components, including international standards (ANSI, ASME, ISO, DIN, API, etc.).
Good understanding of valve testing procedures such as API 598 and API 6D.
Experienced in Hydrotesting, Popping Test, and Functional Test for various types of valves.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Must have a valid certificate of competency.
Preferably possess a valid SIM A (driving license) and have high mobility.
Responsibilities:
Supervise FAT, SAT, installation, and commissioning activities.
Handle troubleshooting and customer claims effectively.
Collaborate closely with Workshop, Application Engineer, and Sales teams.
Conduct site visits and support on-field activities as required.
Prepare and provide accurate Testing Reports (BAP).
