ABOUT THE ROLE: 

We’re on the lookout for a bold, hands-on Assistant Store Manager who’s hungry to grow and ready to lead. 

You’ll be developed intensively and fast-tracked to become a near-future Store Manager — someone who can lead a high-performance team, delight customers, and deliver day-to-day operational excellence. 

This is a field-based, full-time role to be based across East and Central Java. You’ll work closely with our VP of Operations, Store Manager and our Crew Operations Team — playing a critical role in delivering the Dikichi experience that wins customers' hearts (and cravings).

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

• Oversee Daily Operations – Support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth store execution from open to close 

• Build & Lead the Crew – Coach crew members, uplift team performance, and onboard new hires with clarity and energy 

• Maintain Service Standards – Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are consistently met 

• Drive Performance – Help hit daily sales targets, manage shift plans, and control inventory efficiently 

• Manage Operational Costs – Take ownership of cost control and budgeting 

• Be a Problem Solver – Handle customer complaints, team issues, and daily challenges swiftly and calmly 

• Fast-Track to Store Manager – Follow a structured development plan designed to help you grow into a full Store Manager role 

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU: 

1. Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major 

2. Have at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager, preferably in a well-known fast-food brand 

3. Are experienced in leading teams of 60+ crew members in a very high-volume store 

4. Are skilled in managing store operational costs and budgets

5. Thrive in team-based environments and are ready to work with a strong work ethic 

6. Are communicative, energetic, reliable, proactive, and possess strong leadership qualities 

7. Are willing to work in shifts 

8. Are ready to join immediately and open to placement across all regions in Java .
