Senior Business Analyst
1. Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Teknik, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait
2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Business Analyst atau bidang yang relevan
3. Menguasai Microsoft Office dan Power BI
4. Memiliki kemampuan analisis bisnis serta komunikasi yang baik dengan stakeholder
5. Berpengalaman dalam melakukan pendampingan penyusunan dan pemenuhan initiative card
6. Mampu melakukan assessment, review, dan monitoring terhadap inisiatif bisnis hingga tahap Project Charter
7. Memiliki kemampuan koordinasi untuk memastikan proses berjalan sesuai target dan timeline
8. Memastikan tugas dari tim business analyst dapat terdeliver dengan baik dan tepat waktu
