Store Manager
This role is ideal for leaders who come from hospitality-driven environments and are passionate about service excellence, team leadership, and sales performance.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Restaurant Manager / Café Manager
• Strong background in Restaurant, Café, or Food & Beverage, preferably in a premium or luxury setting
• Solid experience in customer service and Strong team leadership
• Able to communicate confidently in English
• Communicative, professional, well-groomed, with positive leadership energy
• Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and hands-on in daily operations
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage daily store operations
• Drive sales performance and achieve targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards
• Coach, motivate, and develop the store team
• Maintain a premium store environment and service experience
