About the role

Nusa Medica Clinic is seeking an experienced Nurse to join their dedicated and compassionate healthcare team. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients, ensuring their comfort, safety and well-being throughout their treatment journey. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work alongside a team of skilled medical professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with various medical procedures

• Collaborating with doctors, pharmacist, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

• Educating patients and their families on medical conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques

• Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the clinic

  
  

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.

• Registered Nurse (RN) certification and valid license.

• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.

• Strong clinical skills and medical knowledge.

• Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred.
