Requirements:

• Strong English speaking, writing, and communication skills.

• Ability to engage learners effectively in groups, both online and in person.

• Experience teaching students aged 2–15 years is preferred.

• Knowledge of differentiated learning, play-based learning, and/or project-based learning is desirable.

• Commitment to student well-being, duty of care, and positive collaboration with parents.

• Integrity and a growth mindset that serve as positive examples for students and peers.

• Ability to positively influence the team and contribute to a healthy workplace culture.

• Demonstrated ability in lesson planning, professional collaboration, effective teaching strategies, assessment, and documentation of student learning.

• Willingness to support student recruitment initiatives through creativity and teamwork.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate the right attitude, enthusiasm, and potential.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive).

• Passion for developing confident communicators, critical thinkers, and future-ready learners.
