Associate Officer, GA (Admin)

About the role:

PT DCI Indonesia Tbk is looking for an Associate Officer, GA (Admin) to support smooth General Affairs administrative operations at our Cibitung facility. This position focuses on service request management, vendor coordination, cost tracking, and financial settlements.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive, record, and coordinate internal service requests for GA action, ensuring immediate assignment to field personnel.

• Follow up continuously with operational staff/requestors to confirm completion and keep requestors updated on progress.

• Maintain accurate records of all General Affairs operational expenses and maintenance documentation.

• Prepare and submit timely requests for petty cash and credit card settlements.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Office Administration, Secretarial, or related fields.

• Experience: Minimum 1 years of professional experience in General Affairs Administration or Secretarial role.

• Core Competencies: Strong discipline, service orientation, and high attention to detail.

• Interpersonal Skills: Pleasant personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Personal Attributes: Highly responsive, proactive, and self-initiated in problem solving.

• Language: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic-to-intermediate English proficiency.

• Location: Willing to be stationed at Cibitung, West Java.
