Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Finance Supervisor to work closely with the Manager Finance in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.
Job Summary
As a Finance Supervisor, your key tasks include:
Tax working knowledge and filing of monthly and yearly report in tax system.
Accurately post vouchers in accounting or in ERP platform.
Review and verify monthly payroll reports from HR to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Check and process payments while managing interactions with banks effectively.
Oversee month-end book closures and prepare timely monthly and ad-hoc financial reports for management.
Qualification & Experience
Applications are invited from interested candidates who meet the following criteria:
Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting and Tax; Tax Certification A & B required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems preferred.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Skills & Knowledge
The ideal candidate is trustworthy, disciplined, and thrives on taking ownership of tasks while acting promptly under pressure. They will possess sharp analytical abilities, strong communication skills, and a solid grasp of tax regulations and accounting practices. A proactive approach, combined with proficiency in Excel and the ability to manage deadlines and multi-stakeholder coordination, will define success in this role.
