Admin Staff (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:
Handle daily administrative tasks and office documentation
Translate documents (English/Indonesian) as needed
Assist communication between local staff and english-speaking stakeholders
Manage and organize files, reports, and internal documents
Support coordination with internal departments and external vendors
Prepare reports, meeting notes, and administrative records
Assist in procurement-related documentation (PO, invoices, contracts)
Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation filing
Provide general administrative support to the team

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Business Administration or related fields)
Musr proficiency in English (The documents mostly in english)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in administration is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome"
