Part Coordinator Staff

Job Description

1. Manage and update the master data of spare parts (including part codes, storage locations, minimum/maximum stock levels, etc.) in the system.

2. Ensure the availability of spare parts as required for maintenance activities by conducting regular monitoring and initiating reorders when necessary.

3. Responsible for the receipt, storage, and distribution of spare parts in the warehouse in accordance with established procedures.

4. Conduct periodic stock-taking (stock opname) and prepare reports on spare part movements and inventory levels.

5. Coordinate with the maintenance and purchasing teams to ensure the smooth fulfillment of spare part requirements.

Qualification

1. Min. Bachelor's Degree majoring in electrical engineering, machine engineering, and other related majors

2. Understand warehouse operations and spare parts inventory management workflows.

3. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet for inventory recording and data analysis.

4. Able to communicate effectively with the Maintenance team, Purchasing department, and external Vendors.

5. Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or inventory systems (such as SAP, Oracle, etc.) is considered an advantage.
