Be someone the team can rely on.
We don’t want people checking tasks off a list and calling it a day. We want you to dig deeper into ads account management and innovation because this is something you’re really passionate about.
End-to-end ads performance - You understand this domain as a whole, and you own the outcomes, not the tasks. Experience working in a digital marketing agency is a must.
Seeing what others miss - You constantly analyze data to identify constraints, improvements, and bottlenecks. You act on improving things without being asked.
Making decisions under uncertainty - Complex problems don’t discourage you, and you think in solutions. You’re comfortable testing hypotheses and adjusting based on results and evidence.
Setting your own bar and keeping it high - We don’t want to tell you how to do your job. You should be able to tell us how you do your job.
Raising the standards around you - You help the team get better and push people for excellence by being a top performer yourself. You never settle for mediocrity or protect your own comfort.
Treating growth as non-negotiable - You actively develop your skills and the quality of your output. Stagnation is not an option for you.
Going above and beyond - When something matters, you will always do more than the bare minimum. You go as far as you need to make it right.
