TCD/Technical Baker Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical consultation and recommendations to customers on the development of wheat flour-based products.
- Analyze customer product issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct bakery and pastry demonstrations for marketing activities, promotions, exhibitions, and company events.
- Perform product trials, testing, and development based on customer requirements.
- Support the Sales team in business development, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
- Prepare customer visit reports as well as weekly and monthly activity reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Teknologi Pangan / Perhotelan (Bakery/Pastry)
- Min. 2 years in bakery/food industry
- Strong knowledge of flour-based production (bakery/noodles)
- Support sales through baking demos & troubleshooting
- Individual contributor
Based in : Bali; Ende; Kupang; Ambon; Sulawesi Barat; Parepare; Jember; Blitar; Banjarmasin; Balikpapan
