Scope of Work
- Campaign planning & execution: plan, execute, and evaluate product-specific offline activations per the monthly calendar (sampling, pop-ups, community events, brand collabs)
- Community & partnership penetration: identify and build relationships with relevant communities (e.g. health/wellness groups, F&B communities), media contacts, and complementary brands for co-activation opportunities
- Lead capture: ensure all activation attendees/customers are funneled into system for follow-up
- Budget management: plan and stay within assigned activation budgets, report cost-per-outcome
- Regional execution: travel to and run activations in cities outside Jakarta
Qualifications: Hard Skills
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in offline activation, event marketing, brand activation, campaign planning, product launch planning (FMCG/F&B/health & wellness industry preferred)
- Proven experience in strategizing, planning, organizing and executing offline events end-to-end — vendor coordination, permits/logistics, on-ground execution, post-event reporting
- Experience building or working with community networks (fitness, wellness, F&B, lifestyle communities)
- Basic budget management skills: can plan a budget, track spend, and report cost vs. outcome
- Comfortable with basic reporting/data: can track, summarize and evaluate activation results (attendance, leads generated, conversion) in a simple format
- Willing and able to travel regularly and work overtime or during weekends, sometimes on short notice
- Driver's license / able to travel independently to activation sites
Qualifications: Soft Skills
- High initiative and self-direction: can be given a brand and a region and independently figure out the right community/media/partner angle
- Discipline and follow-through: can commit to a monthly activation calendar and execute against it consistently, not just generate ideas
- Strong interpersonal/networking ability: genuinely good at building rapport with community leaders, media contacts, and brand partners
- Comfortable working solo: capable of running an activation in an unfamiliar city with minimal on-site support
- Resilience and flexibility on hours: willing to work evenings/weekends when events require it
- Coachable but not dependent
