We currently looking for potential candidate with requirements as below:

Accounting Staff

Key Responsibility

• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), cash, bank, and expenses.

• Prepare and verify invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting accounting documents.

• Perform regular bank, intercompany, and sub-ledger reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.

• Support month-end closing activities, including accruals, prepayments, schedules, and account reconciliations.

• Process Accounts Payable transactions and prepare payment documents in accordance with company policies.

• Monitor customer collections and outstanding receivables.

• Maintain fixed asset records and support capitalization and depreciation entries.

• Support internal and external audits by preparing required schedules and documentation.

• Maintain accurate and well-organized accounting records and filing.

• Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Procurement, Management, vendors, and customers to support smooth accounting processes.

• Perform other accounting-related tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.

• Good understanding of accounting principles and standards, including IFRS and applicable local regulations.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records.

• Able to work under deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy during month-end closing.

• Familiar with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end closing.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with financial data.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic data analysis.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 0–3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance is preferred.

• Willing to be placed on Cikande, Serang Regency, Banten.
