About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Shop Supervisor to join our team in Bali Airport. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our retail stores, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing sales performance.
What you'll be doing
1. Supervising and directing a team of retail associates to achieve store sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
2. Handling inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and loss prevention
3. Providing hands-on training and development to retail associates, coaching them on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service
4. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
5. Collaborating with the store manager to implement and monitor operational policies and procedures
6. Generating and analyzing sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement
7. Ensuring the store environment is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role
2. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
4. Proficient in inventory management, sales forecasting, and data analysis
5. Thorough knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, loss prevention, and store presentation
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels
