A leading global agriculture company with a strong presence across the agricultural supply chain is looking for a Deputy Asset Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Coffee Mill Processing & Warehouse operations and ensure production/dispatch targets.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen).
Manage OPEX & CAPEX and optimize asset utilization.
Lead and develop Mill & Warehouse teams.
Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and operational performance.
Coordinate equipment upgrades, maintenance, and vendors.
Ensure SHE, Process Safety Management (PSM), and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
5+ years in production, processing, manufacturing, or warehouse operations.
Intermediate English proficiency *must.
Understand the end-to-end grains/coffee plantation process from Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse Operations.
Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
Understanding of SHE & Process Safety Management.
