Procurement Staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Marine/Naval/Mechanical), Supply Chain, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in procurement or logistics (marine spare parts background is a plus)
- Basic understanding of marine equipment, vessel spare parts, and service needs
- Familiar with coordinating deliveries to vessels, shipyards, or offshore locations

Responsibilities :
- Handle supplier sourcing, request quotations, issue purchase orders, and coordinate deliveries
- Negotiate with suppliers to get the best price and payment terms
- Check material availability and condition, make sure certifications are complete, and keep invoice & cost records organized
- Arrange and monitor deliveries to vessels so everything runs smoothly
