Senior Operator (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets

• Monitor production processes, equipment conditions, and output according to SOP

• Identify production abnormalities and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams

• Guide and coordinate operators to ensure proper work execution and discipline

• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Mandarin-speaking management/technical teams

• Ensure compliance with SOP, 5S, and K3
  

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK majoring in Engineering or related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Senior Operator, Line Leader, or similar role in solar cell/solar module manufacturing

• Proficiency in Mandarin, spoken and written

• Proven ability to lead and coordinate production operators

• Good understanding of production processes, SOP, 5S, and K3

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
