Responsibilities
Responsible for general equipment repairs and equipment maintenance during holidays, archive maintenance records
Quickly handle equipment problems that arise on the production site, ensuring that production plans can be completed with quality and quantity.
Conduct safety inspections, guide, supervise, and audit daily checks to ensure normal operation and safety of the equipment.
Provide training, guidance, and supervision to equipment operators to ensure that personnel operate in accordance with regulations.
Assist ME engineers in completing equipment technological modifications
Qualifications
Bachelor, diploma or related in Engineering or Mechanical, with 3–5 years of experience in debugging and maintenance of non-standard automation equipment.
Familiar to do preventive and troubleshooting in common electrical components, including PLCs, CNC, servos, inverters, fiber optics, vision systems, three-phase variable frequency motors, and various types of sensors.
Proficient in the use of common mechanical parts, with comprehensive knowledge of mechanical components such as modules, robotic arms, cams, gear transmission systems, high-speed cutting devices, bearings, lead screws, and reducers.
Able to communicate English for daily working
Willing to do overtime and shift
Willing to be placed in East Java area
