Process Technician (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

• Monitor and ensure production processes run smoothly according to SOP and standards

• Monitor process parameters and production performance

• Troubleshoot process-related issues and support root cause analysis

• Support process improvement to improve productivity and product quality

• Identify process abnormalities and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams

• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams

• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking management and technical teams
  

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Engineering or related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in solar cell/solar module manufacturing

• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written)

• Good understanding of production processes, SOP, and 5S

• Familiar with problem-solving, root cause analysis, and process improvement

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Willing to work on-site in Batam
