Supervise and control all export-import activities within the SEZ (Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus) in accordance with customs regulations and company SOP
Ensure accuracy and compliance of all EXIM documents including PIB, PEB, BC 2.3, BC 4.0, BC 2.7, and other relevant customs documents
Monitor bonded zone/SEZ transactions such as in-out goods movement, inventory control, and reporting to customs system
Ensure proper utilization and compliance of KITE facility / SEZ incentives and related reporting
Coordinate closely with customs officers, PPJK, freight forwarders, and SEZ management authorities
Review and approve EXIM documentation before submission to minimize errors and delays
Handle customs audits, inspections, and compliance checks
Prepare and analyze EXIM reports (stock, movement, discrepancy, utilization report)
Identify operational issues and implement process improvements to ensure efficiency and compliance
Maintain strong communication with internal departments (warehouse, production, finance) to ensure smooth material flow
Lead and supervise EXIM staff, including task allocation, training, and performance evaluation
Ensure all activities comply with company policies, PSA BDP Code of Conduct, and Indonesian customs regulations
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, International Trade, Customs Administration, or related field
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Export-Import, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of SEZ / Bonded Zone regulations in Indonesia
Hands-on experience in handling PIB, PEB, BC 2.3, BC 2.7, BC 4.0, and customs reporting systems
Proven experience in handling KITE facility / SEZ incentives
Familiar with customs systems and coordination with Bea Cukai (Customs)
Fluent in English (mandatory); Mandarin is a strong advantage
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
