HSE Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure SHE compliance across feedmill operations and manufacturing processes.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Monitor environmental compliance, hazardous waste, and pollution control.
Deliver SHE training and foster a strong safety culture among employees and contractors.
Prepare SHE reports, regulatory documentation, and support compliance audits.
Coordinate emergency response, continuous improvement, and SHE initiatives to ensure safe and sustainable feedmill operations.
Qualifications:
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Environmental Health, Public Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in the SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) field within a manufacturing industry.
Possess a General Occupational Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) certification issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker), or an equivalent certification.
Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with Safety Audits, OHSAS 18001, the Indonesian Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3), and other Safety Management Systems.
Willing to be placed anywhere across Indonesia (Sumatera, West Java, Central Java, East Java, South Sulawesi)
