Design and develop stamping dies/tooling based on product specifications and engineering requirements.
Perform 3D modeling, 2D drawing, assembly, and design modification using CAD software.
Support the development, trial, evaluation, and improvement of stamping dies and tooling.
Analyze technical drawings and identify potential design or manufacturing issues.
Collaborate with production, manufacturing, and engineering teams to ensure tooling meets quality and production requirements.
Conduct design improvement and problem-solving related to tooling and manufacturing processes.
Support the preparation and maintenance of engineering documentation and technical drawings.
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
Must have hands-on experience using Siemens NX or Solid Edge.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate practical experience in 3D CAD modeling and/or 2D technical drawing using Siemens NX or Solid Edge.
Familiar with stamping die, tooling, die design, or manufacturing processes.
Able to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
Good understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Bekasi.
Experience in Stamping Die / Tooling Design.
Experience in automotive, metal stamping, manufacturing, or related industries.
Experience with Progressive Die, Compound Die, or other stamping tooling.
Experience supporting die trial, troubleshooting, and design improvement.
Siemens NX experience is highly preferred.
Candidates without hands-on experience using Siemens NX or Solid Edge are not encouraged to apply.
Fresh graduates may be considered only if they have substantial hands-on experience with Siemens NX or Solid Edge through internship, engineering projects, final projects, or relevant coursework.
