Import & Logistic Staff

Job Descriptions :

• Responsible for all delivery affairs from supplier to customer side.

• Handle all import affairs & documentation.

• Handle all delivery affairs in indonesia.

• Responsible in managing PI process, especially in Iron & Steel products

• Responsible in managing SNI Process

• Looking for agents or suppliers to handle importing affairs.

• Cargo includes Bulk, FCL,LCL & Looking for bulk port and make agreement with port owner for unloading

• Looking for truck suppliers and make agreement for domestic delivery to customer warehouse.

• Looking for forklifts or other tools to unloading cargo from truck to customer warehouse.

• Responsible for handover to customer, collect or make all necessaries documents which need by customers when delivering.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Any Major from a reputable University

• At least 3 Years experiences as Import & Logistic Operation in a Trading/Logistic/ Forwarder Industry

• Fluent in English is a must or Mandarin 

• Experienced on import affairs, registering and application Perizinan Import (PI Besi Baja) & having experiences in applying SNI process

• Excellent to operate Microsoft Office

• Strong leadership, analytical things and problem solving

• Able to work individually or team and in under pressure situation

• Able to drive Car (holds SIM A license)

• Willing to do Business Trip
