Site Engineer (Architect / Civil)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and reporting progress, professional staff such as architecs and surveyors and subcontractor.

• Meeting with subcontractors

• Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety

• Checking and preparing site reports, design and drawings

• Maintaining quality control procedures

• Motivating the workforce

• Problem Solving

• Using specialist construction management computer applications

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position preferably in High-end Residential.

• Required Skill(s): CAD, Microsoft Office, SketchUp

• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Architecture/Interior Design, Civil Engineer or equivalent.
