Key Responsibilities
Create and develop BIM models (Structure) using Autodesk Revit
Prepare detailed drawings and documentation (LOD 200–400)
Coordinate BIM models with other disciplines (Architectural, MEP)
Ensure models align with construction drawings and project standards
Support BIM coordination and collaboration workflows
Maintain model accuracy and proper documentation
Technical Skills
Proficient in:
Autodesk Revit (Structure)
BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
Strong understanding of:
BIM modeling (LOD 200–400)
Construction drawings and detailing
BIM standards and coordination workflows
Other Requirements
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in construction industry
Certification in BIM Revit Structure is preferred
