Roles and Responsibilities
Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
Plan the supply of finished goods in accordance with target stock levels
Periodically review target stock levels / optimum safety stocks
Communicate required changes/ resolutions to Production Team
Identify and resolve supply exceptions by expediting purchase orders, re-allocating existing inventory, re-allocating existing equipment, re-allocating existing manpower, and establishing safety stock parameters.
Work closely with the Sales, Warehouse and Demand Planner to ensure target order fill rates are being met for daily customer orders.
To ensure that the Inventory Plan adequately reflects SKU level production and corresponding SKU-wise Service Level in the market
Monitor receipts and transfers ensuring timely delivery and availability of product as well as in accordance with our inventory plan.
Manage new program introductions from purchase through receipt. Responsible for ensuring the product arrives to meet customer dates and specifications.
Support and interact effectively with other core business functions (Sales, Procurement, Research & Development, Distribution and Logistics).

Qualifications
Requirements 6–8 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning within the FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
MBA in Operations is preferred.
