Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related engineering field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering, preferably in a manufacturing/chemical industry or similar plant environment.
Strong knowledge of plant engineering, utilities, WWTP, electrical & automation systems, civil works, and engineering projects.
Proficient in engineering/technical drawings and project management, with experience managing contractors and vendors.
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills, with a hands-on approach to plant engineering.
Job Responsibilities :
Lead and supervise engineering activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and reliable plant operations.
Manage and oversee plant utilities, electrical systems, PLC, instrumentation, automation, production machinery, and other plant technical systems.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise engineering, civil, infrastructure, and plant development projects.
Prepare, read, and review engineering drawings, technical drawings, machine layouts, and civil drawings for plant projects.
Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Identify and implement engineering improvements, automation, energy efficiency, and process optimization to improve plant productivity.
Manage CAPEX, project budgets, material requirements, and engineering resources in accordance with company objectives.
Ensure engineering, utility, WWTP, civil, and project activities comply with HSE, environmental regulations, and applicable standards.
Lead, coach, and develop the engineering team while promoting accountability, teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
