Customer Service - Admin (Remote - Full Time Job)

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both oral and written

• Minimal 1 years experience

• Minimal S1

• Have your own laptop or PC computer.

• Full time job (WITA time zone) - (not a part time or having a side job)
  

Responsibilities:

• Ability to handle customer orders via email, WhatsApp, and online calls

• Feel comfortable using Google Excel sheets and customer service software.

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey information to customers
