• Drive End-to-End Recruitment: Own full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles, from proactive sourcing and creative headhunting to interviewing and closing offers

• Energize the New Hire Experience: Turn onboarding into a celebration. Build an immersive, seamless, and high-energy integration process so every new hire feels welcomed, inspired, and clear on their mission from day one

• Be the Culture & Vibe Curator: Represent our brand across social channels, networking events, and campus drives with authentic charm and high energy

• Innovate Sourcing Strategies: Use sharp problem-solving skills and market insights to find non-traditional talent pools and out-of-the-box hiring channels

• Collaborate & Consult: Work closely with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, define ideal candidate profiles, and deliver a fast, high-quality hiring process
