SAFETY & HEALTH SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and evaluate Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) objective, target and programs in accordance with regulations, company standards, and industry best practices.

2. Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and establish control measures to prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases.

3. Ensure all operational activities are carried out in accordance with safe work procedures and applicable OHS requirements.

4. Support the audit and implementation of the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) and compliance with applicable mining safety regulations.

5. Manage OHS training programs, new employee inductions, safety talks, toolbox meetings, and safety campaigns.

6. Support the implementation of emergency preparedness and response programs through simulations, training, and periodic evaluations.

Qualification:

1. Safety Management Systems Audit certified (Auditor Internal SMKP).

2. Strong analytical skill, high attention to detail, fast learner, and positive attitudes.

3. Strong documentation and organizational skills.

4. Fluent in English (both written and oral).

5. Good team work, has high initiative & work motivation.

6. Details and results-oriented with the ability to multi-task, and adhere to deadlines.

7. Emergency response competence (certified).

8. Possess AK3 Umum and POP certification.

9. Minimum 5 years of experience in Safety/K3, preferably in coal mining industry.

10. Familiar with ISO 45001 and Good Mining Practice.

11. Willing to be assigned at Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra and work on a roster basis.

12. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
