Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, Statistics, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain Planning
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights
Detail-oriented, well-structured, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
Proficient in English, both written and verbal
Understanding of S&OP processes, demand forecasting, and inventory management
Job Description:
Lead S&OP process with an 12-month planning horizon
Analyze and monitor forecast versus actual sales performance to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Translate S&OP meeting results into purchasing decisions and planning for the next 12 months
Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess or stock shortages
Prepare and maintain regular reports related to stock monitoring, demand planning, and supply performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure alignment between demand and supply plans
Continuously review forecasting accuracy and provide insights for improvement
Support business decision-making by providing data analysis and actionable recommendations
Ensure planning responsiveness by adjusting forecasts and plans based on market trends and business changes
