PT Magna Kapital Indonesia is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and launch of a new Korean-themed Coffee Shop, Restaurant & Bakery. This role will be responsible for managing the project from planning and construction through operational readiness and grand opening.
Job Description
Lead the end-to-end project execution, from concept development to store opening.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and work plans.
Coordinate renovation, fit-out, and operational setup activities.
Manage vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, delays, and solutions.
Ensure all operational requirements, licenses, equipment, and store readiness are completed before launch.
Work closely with management, operations, marketing, and other departments to ensure a successful opening.
Prepare regular project reports and updates for management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Architecture, Hospitality, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Project Management.
Experience handling F&B, retail, hospitality, commercial renovation, or outlet opening projects is highly preferred.
Strong project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience managing contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Willing to work on-site during renovation, fit-out, and opening phases.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience opening an F&B outlet, café, restaurant, or retail store from the ground up.
Familiarity with Korean brands, Korean F&B concepts, or Korean lifestyle trends.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders in startup or expansion projects.
