Menilai dan memberikan umpan balik kepada peserta atas pelatihan yang dijalankan
Memastikan materi yang diberikan tetap relevan dan efektif
Memotivasi dan menginpirasi peserta untuk mencapai perfoma kinerjanya
Menyusun dan merancang materi pelatihan
Kualifikasi :
Min. Lulusan S1 semua jurusan
Pengalaman sebagai trainer collection min.2 thn
Kemampuan public speaking yang baik
Kemampuan mengelola waktu dan kelompok
Memiliki sertifikasi sebagai trainer (lebih diutamakan)
