HRGA Manager - IT Service (C-133164)
About The Company:
The working venue is in Central Jakarta.
Our client is a Multinational IT Service Company. Currently, they are looking for HRGA Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end HRGA function, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, general affairs, legal administration, and office management.
Design and execute learning, training, and organizational development initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities and support overall business performance.
Evaluate and enhance HRGA policies, standard operating procedures, and internal processes to improve operational effectiveness and ensure alignment with company standards.
Monitor payroll administration by validating payroll calculations, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely salary processing.
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR, GA, and Legal teams to ensure efficient operations and continuous professional growth.
Maintain compliance with applicable Indonesian labor laws, internal policies, and statutory requirements while supporting legal documentation and corporate administrative matters.
Develop HR-related reports, workforce planning, budgeting, and analytical insights to assist management in strategic decision-making.
Work closely with the General Manager and cross-functional leaders to implement employee engagement programs, organizational development initiatives, and HR strategies that support business goals.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Min. Bachelor's degree
Business-level English proficiency.
Min. 5 years of experience as an HRGA Manager in a Multinational company, with 15 years of overall HRGA experience covering performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll, recruitment, general affairs, and legal administration.
Experienced in managing HRGA with a lean team, including organizational development, training, and HR process or system improvement initiatives.
Mature, proactive, detail-oriented, with strong leadership, ownership, and accountability.
