About the role
As a Budget Control Staff at PT. CJ Foodville Bakery and Cafe Indonesia (TOUS les JOURS), you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's strategic planning and decision-making. This full-time position is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta Raya, and offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of this leading bakery and cafe brand.
What you'll be doing
Develop, analyze, and monitor Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
Support business planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Prepare, monitor, and manage the company's budgeting process and SAP support
Closing (refining weekly sales trends and cost increments)
MPL development and projected performance reporting
NAV Accounting Administrator, posting, create and manage User & all Code Generation
Adjustment of detailed income statement for each channel(Direct, B2B, O2O, Export, MF)
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a strategic planning, business analysis, or consulting role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insightful conclusions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information
Proficiency in using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SAP)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs
Proficient in both spoken and written English
Based at Head Office, South Jakarta (Gatot Subroto)
