Employee Services & Business Partner Executive
Strategic partnering to Operations while ensuring high-quality HR services for employees. The role focuses on employee lifecycle management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and the delivery of HR policies and programs aligned with business objectives.
Drive employee engagement activities and action plans, include employee events within the company (e.g., birthday celebrations, Bukber, etc.)
Ensure accurate employee data management and HR documentation, coordinate employee benefit administration and leave management processes
Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding
Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Control and evaluate the recruitment process in Operations, and ensure on boarding requirements are done within timeline, keep track of recruitment lead time.
Work with Operation department leaders to build talent pipeline for their team, including manpower planning, identification and development of key talent, succession plans and implementation of relevant programs, initiatives to minimize talent risks and other relevant people metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 years of progressive HR experience, business partner or employee services role.
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor law, employee relations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and administrative abilities.
Familiarity with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital HR tools.
Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred to support diverse communication needs.
