Job Description:
Process customer transactions accurately and in line with SOP.
Handle priority transaction and ensure excellent service.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information to customers and coordinate with relevant parties when necessary.
Maintain and update customer information in the Bank's system.
Requirements:
Minimum education Bachelor's Degree (S1).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the banking industry.
Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of motivation.
Able to work efficiently in a team, under pressure, and tight reporting deadline.
Fluent in English (speaking & writing).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
