Legal Supervisor

Requirements:

• Having Bachelor's degree in Law

• Experience as corporate legal min. 5 years and 1 year as Legal Supervisor preferably in Manufacturing company

• Good in English, both oral and written.

• Experienced in reviewing agreements, licenses, and compliance also annual meetings.

• Having good knowledge of corporate law and labor law.

• Having good legal analysis, critical thinking, and initiative

• Able to work in a team as well as individually, well-organized person, and good at time management.

• Having a professional advocate license from PERADI will be an advantage.

Job Descriptions:

• Review and development of HR Policies, Procedures and HR & HR systems in accordance with applicable law and regulations.

• Organize and monitor company licensing and their support documents.

• Handling the company’s documents, both foreign workers and guests, such as license, report, invoice request and internal document.

• Legal advise for company business, Industrial relations and government relations.

• Manage staffing activities and planning, training, document organization, evaluation.

• Ensure that company regulations and corporate values are implemented by all employees and take preventive action and reduce the number of violations that occur in the company in coordination with the HR development team.

• Ensure that there are no violations of regulations from external parties (government/customers/supplier vendors) on business activities carried out.

• Eliminate the risk of legal violations that may occur and analyze improvements to be reported to the management team.

• Follow up on matters deemed necessary quickly, such as coordinating with the team responsible for the problem, coordinating with the government, consultants, lawyers, and other parties as needed. provide internal legal advice and negotiate with external parties.

• Supervise the relationship between employees and employers through LKS Bipartit, become a neutral party in the event of an internal case and carry out PHI if necessary.

• Providing advice within the company on CSR activities organised by the Karawang government, as well as other activities to build good relations between employees and employers.

• Make report to senior manager & General Manager HR–GA.
