Pharmacist Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacist Assistant to join our team at 911 Medical Clinic, Bali. The role involves ensuring accurate dispensing of medications and providing expert advice to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately as per prescriptions.

• Provide advice on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.

• Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for patient care.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and clinic policies.

• Report issues and customer complaints to the Responsible Pharmacist.

• Perform other tasks delegated by the Responsible Pharmacist

Requirements:

• Graduate of D3/D4 Pharmacy (Associate Degree in Pharmacy).

• Strong knowledge of medications and pharmaceutical practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Possess a valid STR-TTK (Pharmacy Technician Registration Certificate).

• Focused on the quality of customer service.

• Quick to adapt and eager to grow/develop.

• Willing to work shifts.
